The video shown shows Calvin Dixon (7th grade Waukee), Kristin Riley (11th grade Johnston), and Parker Reed(9th grade Valley) performing some fun yet challenging agility drills. These drills are great for working on footwork and cordination in making cuts as well as starting and stopping. Great work!
