A Whole New Way to Train!

This Video features Grand View University football Players working out with the sprint cords. Gavin Burns is shown in the first series of clips followed by Everett Peterson (EJ). Both started for the Vikings last season and have committed to taking their game to the next level. As a Grand View Alum, it is fun to see these guys putting in the extra effort to make improvements for the upcoming season. I know they will see and feel the difference in the fall as they have been working extremely hard!
